My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2024 - #SWC
El día de ayer fui con el amigo @sw-yisus al Centro Deportivo Byakko, actual centro de entrenamiento al cual acudo para desarrollar mis actividades físicas y deportivas (gym), realizamos un conjunto de ejercicios para trabajar los músculos de la Espalda y los Bíceps. La serie estuvo bastante intensa y fuimos subiendo la intensidad de los ejercicios en cada rutina. No logré grabar casi todos los ejercicios, sin embargo, logré grabar la mayoría de los ejercicios.
Jesús tuvo un rendimiento físico bastante aceptable para no estar acostumbrado a entrenar en el gimnasio. Espero sea de su agrado, ha sido un placer compartir con todos ustedes parte de mi día a día y mis entrenamientos.
Algunos de los ejercicios que realizamos son los siguiente:
- Pull over en polea.
- Jalón al pecho.
- Jalón al pecho con agarre neutro.
- Remo en máquina a dropset.
- Curl de bíceps con barra.
- Predicador a un brazo con dropset a dos brazos.
- Curl de bíceps con polea.
Yesterday I went with my friend @sw-yisus to Byakko Sports Center, current training centre where I go to develop my physical and sports activities (gym), we performed a set of exercises to work the muscles of the back and biceps. The series was quite intense and we increased the intensity of the exercises in each routine. I didn't manage to record almost all the exercises, however, I managed to record most of the exercises.
Jesus had a pretty acceptable physical performance for not being used to training in the gym. I hope you like it, it has been a pleasure to share with you all part of my day to day life and my workouts.
Some of the exercises we did are the following:
- Pull over on pulley.
- Chest pull over.
- Chest pull over with neutral grip.
- Pull over on dropset machine.
- Biceps curl with barbell.
- One-arm preacher with two-arm dropset.
- Biceps curl with pulley.
