En la mañana le di dos vueltas a las ballenas, no me sentí tan fatigado, pero si sudé bastante, luego de terminar de trotar procedí a realizar 3 series de burpees para luego terminar con una rutina de abdominales.
Llegué a mi casa, estaba algo estresado puesto que mi madre se ha sentido muy mal en estos días y no te tenido herramientas para apoyarla, sin embargo, hemos contado con el apoyo del amigo @joscar-sw quien nos ha apoyado estos últimos días con el traslado de mi madre hacia el ambulatorio y en diligencias médicas.
En la tarde, finalicé algunas tareas domésticas que tenía retrasadas y me alisté para irme al gimnasio, hoy es inicio de semana, así que decidí trabajar full las piernas estos 2 meses que van a transcurrir. El entrenamiento estuvo bastante intenso, ciertamente quería entrenar suave, pero me llené de entusiasmo y entrené hasta llegar a un fallo y fatiga muscular que me hicieran sentir satisfecho. Fue un día bastante dinámico, lleno de muchas diligencias, entrenamiento, labores domésticas y diligencias médicas. Nos vemos mañana en un próximo reporte.
In the morning I did two laps to the whales, I didn't feel so fatigued, but I did sweat a lot, after finishing jogging I proceeded to do 3 sets of burpees and then I finished with an abdominal routine.
I arrived home, I was a bit stressed because my mother has been feeling very bad these days and I had no tools to support her, however, we have had the support of my friend @joscar-sw who has supported us these last days with the transfer of my mother to the ambulatory and in medical errands.
In the afternoon, I finished some housework that I had delayed and got ready to go to the gym, today is the beginning of the week, so I decided to work full legs for the next 2 months. The training was quite intense, I certainly wanted to train light, but I was full of enthusiasm and trained until I reached a failure and muscle fatigue that made me feel satisfied. It was a pretty dynamic day, filled with lots of errands, training, housework and medical errands. See you tomorrow in an upcoming report.
