Saludos queridos amigos de Actifit, hoy mi día comenzó bastante productivo, me levanté en la mañana con bastante energía para iniciar con la planificación de las actividades que tenía pendiente, entre esas actividades estaban: limpiar mi habitación, lavar algo de ropa, lavar mis zapatos los cuales estaban bastante sucios, regar el patio y el jardín de la casa, para finalmente concentrarme con la limpieza de mi habitación.

En una abrir y cerrar de ojos, la mañana se me fue volando, llegó el medio día y realicé un break en mis labores domésticas para almorzar, mi madre preparó una exquisita sopita de pollo acompañada de carne de solomo de res.

Mis perros me acompañaron durante toda la jornada de regar las plantas del jardín y regar el patio para retener el polvo por un buen rato. Fue una jornada bastante agradable ya que me permitió compartir con mis mascotas durante un buen tiempo.

Al llegar la tarde, luego de terminar de limpiar mi habitación, corrí al baño para ducharme y tomar rumbo hacia el gimnasio, llegué al gym luego de las 7:30 pm, bastante tarde, sin embargo, no desaproveché para nada el tiempo que me quedaba y entrené las piernas con una rutina bastante intensa. De esa manera fluyó mi día y debo decir que fue bastante productivo para mí.

Greetings dear friends of Actifit, today my day started quite productive, I woke up in the morning with enough energy to start planning the activities I had pending, among those activities were: cleaning my room, washing some clothes, washing my shoes which were quite dirty, watering the yard and the garden of the house, to finally concentrate on cleaning my room.

In the blink of an eye, the morning flew by, noon came and I took a break from my housework to have lunch, my mother prepared an exquisite chicken soup with beef tenderloin.

My dogs accompanied me during the whole day of watering the plants in the garden and watering the patio to retain the dust for a while. It was a very pleasant day as it allowed me to share with my pets for a long time.

In the evening, after finishing cleaning my room, I ran to the bathroom to take a shower and head to the gym, I arrived at the gym after 7:30 pm, quite late, however, I didn't waste the time I had left and I trained my legs with a pretty intense routine. That way my day flowed and I must say it was quite productive for me.
