Llegué a las ballenas, lo primero que hice fue dar mi respectiva vuelta, troté con zancadas cortas y algo despacio, sin embargo, sudé bastante y sentí que me estaba fatigando el trote, así que luego de trotar tomé inmediatamente la cuerda para saltar y me coloqué a saltar la cuerda.
Descansé un par de minutos para agarrar fuerza y volver al entrenamiento, el descanso era importante puesto que haría un entrenamiento específicamente para el cardio, comencé con saltos de cuerdas y burpees, antes hacer burpees se me dificultaba mucho, ahora puedo hacer 10 repeticiones sin mayores complicaciones, esto para mi representa un gran avance puesto que antes hacer 5 era sumamente agotador para mí.
Entrené hasta casi las 1:00 pm y luego de ahí fui directo a mi casa para almorzar y prepararme para realizar labores domésticas. Terminé mis pendientes en la casa, las labores domésticas e inmediatamente a la velocidad de la luz me alisté para ir corriendo al gimnasio, llegué casi a las 7:20 pm, pero logré realizar mi segunda sesión de entrenamiento del día.

I rested for a couple of minutes to build up my strength and get back to the workout, rest was important as I would be doing a workout specifically for cardio, I started with jump ropes and burpees, before doing burpees was very difficult for me, now I can do 10 reps with no major complications, this for me is a big improvement as before doing 5 was extremely tiring for me.
I trained until almost 1:00 pm and after that I went straight home to have lunch and get ready to do some housework. I finished my housework and housework and immediately at lightning speed I got ready to run to the gym, I arrived almost at 7:20 pm, but I managed to do my second training session of the day.
