MI ACTUAL RUTINA DE HOMBRO-[ES-EN]-WITHOUT LIMITS
UN POCO DE MI ENTRENAMIENTO PARA LA FLEXION DE HANDSTAND A 90 GRADOS
A LITTLE BIT OF MY TRAINING FOR THE 90 DEGREE HANDSTAND FLEXION

👋¡HOLA COMUNIDAD DE #HCalisthenics! Esta vez traigo para ustedes algunas fotos sobre mi entrenamiento de hombros, orientado a la flexion de handstand a 90 grados, el cual se puede considerar (por lo menos de mi parte) el mejor ejercicio de hombro.Este ejercicio es sumamente desafiante ya que requiere de una fuerza brutal en los hombros, equilibrio y técnica. Es importante calentar adecuadamente y asegurar una ejecución segura y efectiva. Manteniendo aspectos tecnicos caracteristicos de los ejercicios avanzados de hombro como lo es el "Hollow" que es un producto de varios movimientos biomecanicos, los cuales son, la protraccion escapular, la retroversion pelvica, y tambien la activacion de el serrato, musculo ubicado en la zona abdominal a la altura de nuestras costillas.
Cabe destacar que el serrato es un musculo actualmente muy infravalorado y a la vez es muy importante para nuestro deporte debido a que nos facilita la gran mayoria de ejercicios de empuje, tanto basicos como avanzados, debido a que evita el aleteo de la escápula, contribuye a la protracción de la escápula y contribuye a la rotación ascendente de la escápula, movimientos caracteristicos de los presses de handstand por ejemplo.

Por cierto en la segunda foto solo estaba haciendo una subida de pike a handstand con pasos.

This time I bring for you some pictures of my shoulder workout, oriented to the 90 degree handstand push-up, which can be considered (at least from my side) the best shoulder exercise, this exercise is extremely challenging as it requires brutal shoulder strength, balance and technique. It is important to warm up properly and ensure a safe and effective execution. Maintaining technical aspects characteristic of advanced shoulder exercises such as the "Hollow" is a product of several biomechanical movements, which are, scapular protraction, pelvic retroversion, and also the activation of the serratus, a muscle located in the abdominal area at the level of our ribs.
It should be noted that the serratus is a muscle currently very undervalued and at the same time is very important for our sport because it facilitates the vast majority of pushing exercises, both basic and advanced, because it prevents the flapping of the scapula, contributes to the protraction of the scapula and contributes to the upward rotation of the scapula, characteristic movements of the handstand presses for example.
