Non-conventional training. My actifit report card 06/04/2025
Today is my last day at 47, and I never imagined it would come this way, loaded with discouragement, unlike last year when I was elated to celebrate.
Starting intermittent fasting and maintaining it has come easy for me this time. Maybe it's a positive thing about my current state of mind, because I eat by obligation once a day, the rest is just liquids.
Since today I only had to work half a day, I had not completed the 10K goal, so before making dinner I went for a walk close to home, but I was still a little short, so I completed it with dancing.
While I was washing the lunch dishes and preparing dinner, I put on my headphones with some salsa and danced a few pieces, making the whole process more fun, which managed to lift my spirits a little.
Tomorrow is weigh-in day, I hope the scale continues to show numbers in my favor.

Hoy es mi último día con 47 años, y jamás imaginé que llegaría de esta manera, cargada de desánimo, a diferencia del año pasado en el cual estaba eufórica por celebrar.
Empezar el ayuno intermitente y mantenerlo se me ha hecho fácil en esta oportunidad. Quizás sea algo positivo de mi estado de ánimo actual, pues como por obligación una vez al día, lo demás es solo líquidos.
Como hoy tocaba trabajar solo medio día, no había completado la meta de los 10K, así que antes de hacer la cena salí a caminar cerca de casa, pero igual me faltaba un poco, así que completé con baile.
Mientras lavaba los platos del almuerzo y preparaba la cena, coloqué mis auriculares con un poco de salsa y bailé unas cuantas piezas, haciendo de todo el proceso algo más divertido, que logró levantarme un poco el ánimo.
Mañana es día de pesaje, espero que la balanza siga arrojando números a mi favor.
