Raising the level. My actifit report card 3/30/2025
Today has been a rather atypical day, perhaps because it is the last day of March and already tomorrow the birthday celebrations start at home, as the 1st is my youngest son's birthday, next week it will be mine and even my cat was born in April, and on the 28th she will be two years old.
After a failed meeting yesterday, my annoyance was nagging me all morning, but just someone made me see the other side of the situation, which not only improved my mood, but also my approach to things.
As I only work half shift, my activity in the shop didn't help me to complete my 10K goal, so I took the opportunity to walk to the pharmacy to monitor my weight, being a bit disappointed to see that I have only lost 200 grams.
After that, I looked for my little one at school and went back home to finish the publication in my main blog, and again I went for another 15 minutes walk, in which I found another pharmacy with scales, but this one is not digital, and with the result of the previous one I wanted to try and compare.
In this one it said that I had lost 1.2 kilos, and that excited me, although to tell the truth, the difference is a lot between one and the other, but emotionally I decided to stay with this number so as not to lower my spirits in this process that I am enjoying.
The important thing is that I'm already noticing improvements in my sleep, my clothes are starting to fit less tightly and with the arrival of autumn I'm sure the competition with myself will be stronger and stronger.

Hoy ha sido un día bastante atípico, quizás porque es el último del mes de marzo y ya mañana comienzan las celebraciones de cumpleaños en casa, pues justo el 1° cumple mi hijo menor, la próxima semana será el mio y hasta mi gata nació en Abril, y el 28 arribará a dos años.
Luego de una reunión fallida el día de ayer, mi molestia estuvo fastidiando toda la mañana, pero justo alguien me hizo ver el otro lado de la situación, lo cual no solo mejoró mi humor, sino también la manera de encarar las cosas.
Como solo trabajo medio turno, mi actividad en el local no me ayudó a completar mi meta de los 10K, por lo que aproveché para caminar hasta la farmacia para ir a monitorear mi peso, quedando un tanto decepcionada al ver que solo he perdido 200 grs.
Luego de ello, busqué a mi pequeño en la escuela y volví a casa para terminar la publicación en mi blog principal, y nuevamente salí a dar una caminata de 15 minutos más, en la cual encontré otra farmacia con báscula, pero esta no es de las digitales, y ante el resultado de la anterior quise probar y comparar.
En esta decía que había perdido 1.2 kilos, y eso me emocionó, aunque a decir verdad, la diferencia es mucha entre una y otra, pero emocionalmente decidí quedarme con este número para no bajar mis ánimos en este proceso que estoy disfrutando.
Lo importante es que ya noto mejorías en mi sueño, la ropa está empezando a quedar menos justa y con la llegada del otoño de seguro la competencia conmigo misma será cada vez más fuerte.

I've been fluctuating with my weight too, but it's because I succumb to eating flour, now I've taken the process seriously, because I don't want to be an obese old lady or have mobility complications in the future.
