Last Friday of March. My Actifit report: march 28 2025
My birthday is coming up in a few days and the truth is that starting this new way of life has been like an early gift.
Although I still sleep a few hours a day, I feel that I rest much more than before, and as my basic activity is summarized in walking, sometimes the pain in my legs is a little annoying, but nothing that can not be endured.
In fact, when this happens, it is important not to stop training, so that the muscle gets used to the work. Otherwise, when you start again, you will feel the same sensation.
Today I ate rice after two weeks without eating it. I made it spring style adding chicken breast and two beaten eggs. It turned out to be a spectacular lunch! After that I just had coffee before going to my second shift at work, going into fasting until tomorrow. I hope to be able to complete more than 16 hours.
The important thing in this whole process is that I am enjoying it, especially the morning walks, although I have had to modify all my routines in the housework, but it is well worth the effort, because I have already begun to see the results.

Ya en pocos días viene mi cumpleaños y la verdad es que empezar con este nuevo modo de vida ha sido como un regalo adelantado.
Aunque sigo durmiendo pocas horas al día, siento que descanso mucho más que antes, y como mi actividad básica se resume en caminar, a veces el dolor en las piernas resulta un poco molesto, pero nada que no se pueda soportar.
De hecho, cuando esto pasa, es importante no parar con el entrenamiento, de manera de lograr que el músculo se acostumbre al trabajo. En caso contrario, cuando empieces nuevamente, sentirás la misma sensación.
Hoy he comido arroz luego de dos semanas sin ingerirlo,. Lo hice al estilo primavera agregando pechuga de pollo y dos huevos batidos. Resultó un almuerzo espectacular! Ya luego de ello solo tomé café antes de irme a mi segundo turno en el trabajo, entrando en ayuno hasta mañana. Espero poder completar más de 16 horas.
Lo importante en todo este proceso es que lo estoy disfrutando, sobre todo las caminatas matutinas, aunque con ello he debido modificar todas mis rutinas en las labores del hogar, pero bien vale el esfuerzo, pues ya he empezado a ver los frutos.
