Today I did it! Mi informe de Actifit: marzo 21 2025

Nothing is more satisfying than achieving a goal, and today was the day. The step counter on my phone tells me that my activity was 15.051 steps this day, and although I'm just getting home (here it's 9:00 pm) very exhausted by all the work and other obligations, seeing this number is really satisfying.

I hope to be able to continue with this rhythm and lose the extra kilos that I have accumulated not only because of bad habits, but also because of emotional issues.

Nada es más satisfactorio que lograr una meta, y hoy fue el día. El contador de pasos de mi teléfono me indica que mi actividad fue de 15.051 pasos en esta jornada, y aunque estoy recién llegando a casa (acá son las 21:00 hs) muy agotada por todo el trabajo y las demás obligaciones, ver este número es realmente satisfactorio.

Espero poder seguir con este ritmo y lograr perder los kilos extra que he acumulado no solo por malos hábitos, sino también por asuntos emocionales.
