My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2025

The weather this morning is clear and pleasant. Winter is coming to an end, and I can already feel the beginning of spring. It's not so cold like last week. The morning is warm.
Morning walk is very good.
It was early in the morning, so there was still little traffic on the road. There is less traffic on the left side of the road. These places are on the outskirts of the small town where I live. Good clean air. Suitable for walkers.
As I was walking, I saw flagpoles on the road.
I took some photos with my smartphone for some decent views. 10000+ steps for the day.
This is a very good result.
I will come back with better records in the next days.

ဒီနေ့မနက်ခင်းရဲ့ ရာသီဥတုက ကြည်လင်ပြီးသာယာနေပါတယ်။ ဆောင်းရာသီကုန်ဆုံးတော့မည်။နွေဦးရာသီရဲ့အစပိုင်း အငွေ့အသက်တွေကို သတင်ခံစားနေရပြီ။ အရင်သီတင်းပါတ်နွေလို သိပ်မအေးတော့ပါဘူး။ မနက်ခင်းက နွေးနွေးထွေးထွေးပါဘဲ။

မနက်ခင်းရဲ့ အစပိုင်းဖြစ်လို့ လမ်းပေါ်မှာ ယာဥ် အသွားအလာ နည်းနေသေးတယ်။ လမ်းဘေး ဝဲယာမှာလည်း လူအသွားအလာ နည်းပါးနေတယ်။ဒီနေရာတွေက ကျွန်တော်နေထိုင်ရာ မြို့ငယ်လေးရဲ့ အစွန်အဖျားမှာပါ။ လေကောင်းလေသန့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာရရှိတယ် ။ လမ်းလျှောက်သူတွေအတွက် သင့်တော်သော နေရာပါဘဲ။
လမ်းလျှောက်သွားရင်းနဲ့ လမ်းမပေါ်မှာ အလံတိုင်တွေ လွှင့်ထူထားတာ တွေ့မြင်ရတယ်။
သင့်တော်မယ့် မြင်ကွင်းတစ်ချို့ကို စမတ်ဖုန်း​နဲ့ ဓါတ်ပုံရိုက်ယူခဲ့ပါတယ် ။ဒီနေ့အတွက် ခြေလှမ်းပေါင်း 10000+
ဒါက အလွန်ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ ရလါဒ်ပါဘဲ။
နောက်ရက်တွေမှာပိုမို ကောင်းမွန်သော မှတ်တမ်းတွေနဲ့ပြန်လာခဲ့ပါမယ် ။
ကျွန်တော့်ပိုစ့်ကို ကြည့်ပေးတဲ့အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။
