Welcome back. What's up hivers? I believe you are doing well with loving family. Today due to my continued walking I could cross over 13 k actifit counts after long times. Don't worry guys? I could increase my counts step by step within few hours.

Although today is a work-free Monday, it was not a day of rest for me. Because My daughter's camp event was organised by pre school. All the parents were asked come Because we can see the children's activities. Therefore, as parents, the work of preschool teachers should be appreciated.

In fact,after a long time, this the greatest opportunity to donas an exercise, but at this tien, with a large number of people participating all we had to was walk. Walking In the torrential rains and trecking through a jungle isn't an easy task these days. There is no problem in expecting high leech populations when travelling through Sri Lanka wetlands. But travelling under the tracks of venomous snakes and other wild animal is not easy.

These parents came to Hikkaduwa area with all the small children. After that we should have travelled along Hikkaduwa - Baddegama Road to Hikkaduwa Sei Sumangala school. From there, it was possible to continue walking along a small forest and climb small mountain.

it is not easy to take small children in the swampy area to be safe from all the snakes. But as parents and other adults, everyone pledged and worked for the betterment of the children. Between all the parents who lead busy working lives, everyone works to provide for the children. In the meantime, there are no words to describe the lives of parents who sacrifice their children's live for all things.

As human beings, we should always strive to maintain our physical health at the most optimal level. Therefore, we should constantly do all the physical exercises we can. All of us should not limit this to just one word. Because we all know about all the benefits of physical exercise. In fact, it's not easy to walk and travel long distances with small kids in an area rich in wildlife. Because we all have to take responsibility for them. As with any preschool, the teachers operating under the special authority of the school are taking all measures to improve the children's activities and all the measures taken by the preschool staff should be commended.

Finally we reached to small mountain. Every kids were tired due to walk through jungle. However it was good experience to each children. We must have responsibility to improve children's physical activities via like this journey.
