Stavolta, tra le attività svolte, vado a mettere anche quella del camminare, ieri ho fatto poco, quasi nulla, giusto un paio di km, ma ne avevo bisogno, per prendere una boccata d'aria diversa, per rilassarmi un attimo da un paio di contatti un po' burrascosi, niente di grave ma una situazione in particolare da risolvere al più presto, forse già oggi riuscirò a farcela...
