Looks like no parkruns for the next month at least, plenty of Saturdays lined up at work.

Trying to incorporate a similar style run into my weekday routine in the meantime at about 90 to 95% intensity of my usual parkrun.

Kept it at 4.5km today, super hot and humid out there 🔥
