My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2022

Market day yesterday. I did the usual chores first. I cooked breakfast, then I exercised. I feel much better since I started doing Jumping Jack and rope skipping.

10 o'clock I went to the market and grocery.

When I got home cleaned some and I went to another grocery store.

I also checked on the kids, feed the dogs, and swept the floor.
