Un saludo amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi primer entrenamiento del día. Hoy me tocó combos de plancha en progresiones más bajas, actualmente estoy trabajando y Reforzando mucho la half plancha. Estuve al rededor de 2 horas realizando combos y dentro de 1 hora y media iré al gimnasio para realizar unos cuánto combos más y mi respectivo reforzamiento del día.

Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my first training of the day. Today I had plank combos in lower progressions, I am currently working on and reinforcing the half plank a lot. I spent around 2 hours doing combos and in 1 and a half hours I will go to the gym to do a few more combos and my respective reinforcement for the day.
