Hola amigos de #HIVE y #actifit. Hoy les comparto mi reporte sobre lo que hice el día de hoy. Con este inicio de semana mi día comenzo de lo más normal, junto a mi esposa, alistándonos para ir hasta nuestros trabajos, normalmente solemos despertar a las 5 de la mañana para luego ir a la parada de bus, que desde donde vivimos son aproximadamente 20 minutos caminando. A eso de las 6:30 ya estamos montados en el bus esperando que arranque para ir a nuestros trabajos.
Hello friends of #HIVE and #actifit. Today I'm sharing my report on what I did today. With this start to the week, my day started off quite normally. My wife and I were getting ready to head to work. We usually wake up at 5 a.m. and then head to the bus stop, which is about a 20-minute walk from where we live. By 6:30 a.m., we're already on the bus, waiting for it to leave so we can get to work.
Yo llegue a mi trabajo a eso de las 7:10 de la mañana, ya que el bus se retraso por 10 minutos, llegué al gimnasio y a esa hora tenía que atender 2 personas, entrenamos desde las 7:30 como hasta las 9 de la mañana, pero justamente a las 10 de las mañana tenía una reunión en otro gimnasio al cual formaré parte del equipo de trabajo. Estuve viendo las instalaciones y de verdad que me gustaron mucho, estuve allí como desde las 9:30 hasta las 10:30 más o menos, viendo y conversando con el equipo de trabajo.
I arrived at work around 7:10 in the morning because the bus was 10 minutes late. I arrived at the gym and at that time I had two people to attend to. We trained from 7:30 until 9:00 in the morning, but at 10:00 in the morning I had a meeting at another gym where I'd be joining the team. I checked out the facilities and really liked them. I was there from around 9:30 until 10:30, more or less, seeing and talking with the team.
Luego de esto fui rumbo a casa de mi suegra para aprovechar las horas que tuve libre para poder entrenar antes de ir a mi segundo turno de trabajo que será a partir de las 4 de la tarde. En cuanto a mi entrenamiento, realice movimientos de calistenia de empuje y jalón, estuve aproximadamente 1 hora y media entrenando, luego de esto descanse un poco y tomé mi almuerzo, actualmente me encuentro descansado para poder recuperar fuerzas e ir al gym nuevamente.
After this, I headed to my mother-in-law's house to take advantage of my free time to train before heading to my second shift, which starts at 4 p.m. As for my workout, I did push-pull calisthenics movements for about an hour and a half. After that, I rested a bit and had lunch. I'm currently feeling rested so I can regain my strength and hit the gym again.
