Mi reporte de Actifict: abril 2 2024 #SWC
Hola amigos de #HIVE y #SWC. Hoy comparto con ustedes una pequeña actividad que hice hoy temprano. Estuve alternando entre trotar y caminar. Esto comencé a hacerlo desde que salí de mi casa a las 8 de la mañana, recorri una distancia considerable hasta unas barras paralelas que estaban cerca de una pequeña plaza en la cual hice unas cuantas series de fondos. Justo estamos en temporadas lluviosa así que el clima hoy estaba súper fresco, me gustó muchísimo el como inicie mi día, de verdad el clima ayudó muchísimo.
Hello friends of #HIVE and #SWC. Today I'm sharing with you a little activity I did earlier today. I was alternating between jogging and walking. I started doing this since I left my house at 8 in the morning, I walked a considerable distance to some parallel bars that were near a small square in which I did a few series of dips. We are just in the rainy season so the weather today was super cool, I really liked how I started my day, the weather really helped a lot.
