Ayer, aunque era sábado, me levanté temprano porque tenía que hacer unas compras para la semana. Fui al mercado y conseguí algunas frutas, verduras, carne y pan. Me gusta tener todo lo necesario en casa, así no tengo que preocuparme por la comida durante los días laborales.
Después de las compras, volví a casa y me relajé un poco. Ha sido una semana dura, pero nada que no pueda soportar. He trabajado mucho, he cumplido con mis responsabilidades y he entrenado calistenia de manera intensa. Estoy orgulloso de mí mismo y de lo que he logrado.
Yesterday, even though it was Saturday, I got up early because I had to do some shopping for the week. I went to the market and got some fruits, vegetables, meat and bread. I like to have everything I need at home, so I don't have to worry about food during the workdays.
After shopping, I came home and relaxed a bit. It's been a tough week, but nothing I can't handle. I've worked hard, fulfilled my responsibilities and trained calisthenics intensely. I'm proud of myself and what I've accomplished.
Por la noche, me alisté junto con mi novia (@laumil) y salimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de una buena amiga, @nellehive. Fuimos a su casa junto con @moisesprada y nos atendió mientras pasamos el rato con su familia. Comimos pizza, muy buena, y la compañía aún más. Nos reímos mucho, compartimos con nuevas personas y pasamos en general un rato muy agradable. Fue muy divertido, y me hizo pensar que estas pequeñas cosas son las que pueden hacer a las personas realmente felices.
Así que hoy estoy agradecido por todo lo que tengo: mi trabajo, mi familia, mi novia, mis amigos, mi salud, mi vida. Sé que no todo es perfecto, pero tampoco lo pretendo. Solo quiero disfrutar de cada momento, y ser feliz con lo que soy y lo que hago.
In the evening, I got ready together with my girlfriend (@laumil) and we went out to celebrate a good friend's birthday, @nellehive. We went to his house along with @moisesprada and he treated us while we hung out with his family. We ate pizza, very good, and the company even more so. We laughed a lot, shared with new people and had an overall great time. It was a lot of fun, and it made me think that these little things are what can make people really happy.
So today I am thankful for everything I have: my job, my family, my girlfriend, my friends, my health, my life. I know not everything is perfect, but I don't pretend it is either. I just want to enjoy every moment, and be happy with who I am and what I do.

Y así sin pensarlo mucho uno logra hacer una buena cantidad de pasos mientras lo pasa bien entre amigos. Mantenerse activo aunque sea de forma mas leve que el resto de la semana tambien es importante. Se nota que lo pasan bien, sigue disfrutando y cuidándote así de bien, ¡mucho ánimo!
Muchas gracias, y si, mantenerse activo con personas que te alientan a superarte, siempre será mejor, y por supuesto más sencillo.
