Mi reporte de Actifict: enero 3 2024 - #SWC
El día de hoy fui al trabajo por primera vez en el año, fue algo complicado pararme tan temprano, ya no estaba acostumbrado y no soy fan de hacerlo 😂 pero me levanté a las 5:30 AM tome un baño, hice mi desayuno, dos huevos con arepa para ingerir algo de proteína, y tome una taza de café, me sentía completamente motivado para empezar mi día, camine unos 15 minutos en la mañana hacia la parada hacia el transporte, y en mi trabajo debo estar subiendo pisos en un edificio para atender problemas técnicos de computadores, pero en general fue un buen día, productivo, y aunque no entrene, porque fue mi día de descanso, estoy listo para mí entrenamiento de mañana, y primero del año.
Today I went to work for the first time in the year, it was a little complicated to get up so early, I was not used to it and I'm not a fan of doing it 😂 but I got up at 5: 30 AM took a bath, made my breakfast, two eggs with arepa to ingest some protein, and had a cup of coffee, I felt completely motivated to start my day, I walked about 15 minutes in the morning to the stop towards the transport, and in my job I must be going up floors in a building to attend technical computer problems, but overall it was a good day, productive, and although I didn't train, because it was my rest day, I'm ready for my training tomorrow, and first of the year.
Ya estamos en enero, pero quería compartir con ustedes algunas fotos que me faltó subir del último día del año pasado. La pasé super con mi familia y mis amigos, celebrando el fin de un año difícil y el comienzo de uno nuevo lleno de esperanza y oportunidades. Disfrutamos de una rica cena, brindamos con champán, vimos los fuegos artificiales y bailamos hasta el amanecer. Fue una noche mágica e inolvidable, que me recordó lo afortunado que soy de tener a estas personas maravillosas en mi vida. Agradezco a Dios por todas las bendiciones que me ha dado y por permitirme vivir cada día con alegría y gratitud. Les deseo a todos un año 2024 lleno de salud, amor, paz y prosperidad. ¡Que sigan sus sueños y que nunca pierdan la fe! Los quiero mucho y espero verlos pronto. ¡Un abrazo fuerte!
We are already in January, but I wanted to share with you some photos that I missed to upload from the last day of last year. I had a great time with my family and friends, celebrating the end of a difficult year and the beginning of a new one full of hope and opportunities. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, toasted with champagne, watched the fireworks and danced until dawn. It was a magical and unforgettable night, which reminded me how lucky I am to have these wonderful people in my life. I thank God for all the blessings He has given me and for allowing me to live each day with joy and gratitude. I wish you all a year 2024 filled with health, love, peace and prosperity, may you follow your dreams and never lose faith! I love you all very much and hope to see you soon, big hugs!
