Proposal - Details about the HH Guild Shop

Today, I have another proposal for the guild and if approved, will serve as the foundation on our Trading Hall. Without further ado, let's proceed.

For now, we are going to use the discord bot "Order it" in integrating and implementing our HH Guild Shop. Using the /shop command of the Order It Bot, we will see this reply.

These are the Shops Available of which for now @hhguild is the only one who has one. Click the shop you want by clicking their corresponding number and you will see the information on what the shop is about.

Now, there are still nine other shops remaining to be occupied. Here comes my proposal:

These nine shops are rented out to individual merchants who want to trade virtual goods, tokens, merchs and others to our guild members where our guild currency, the HH Tokens, is accepted as a legal tender on these shops. Our shop needs to be reputable in a way that our guild members will not be afraid of having their tokens disappear like a bubble due to bad actor merchants. In that case, I suggest to have a requirements for merchants to be able to rent a shop. It includes the following:

1. Merchants should have a minimum of 100 HHG Tokens Staked on their Accounts.
2. Merchants should have a noble role in our discord server. (Baron, Viscount, Earl, Marquess, Duke, King/Queen)
3. Merchants should include HH Tokens as a payment method on their shops.

By completing these requirements, these merchants will a gain trustworthy reputation which is a very important thin to have in this industry.

This time, I want to talk about how the rental works on the guild shop. Each individual merchant can only rent one shop, but that doesn't mean that they are limited or bound to one item to sell, instead they can trade anything they want.

Each shop can be rented for a minimum of one month period and a maximum of one year period. The longer you rent out a shop, the lesser you'll have to pay as it will have a discounted price. The following table shows the period of rent and their respective prices.

Once a merchant rents out that shop, they'll be given access or ownership of the shop corresponding to the length of the period they have rented it. Merchants will also a verified merchant role in discord.
