     Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que normalmente ven todas mis publicaciones. Hoy vengo a ustedes con un nuevo reporte de Actifit en el cual les voy a comentar un poco sobre las cosas que realicé este día, sobre mi entrenamiento y todas las cosas en general que suceden en un día a día. Sin más que añadir, vamos con el post.

Today I come to you with a new Actifit report in which I will tell you a little about the things I did that day, about my training and all the things in general that happen on a day-to-day basis. Without further ado, let's get on with the post.

     Primero me levanté algo temprano para poder hacer el desayuno que tenía pensado hacer hoy y alistar todas las herramientas que teníamos que llevar al lugar donde teníamos que trabajar, ya después llegando al lugar a eso de las 7:30 empezamos a trabajar, el cual este trabajo consistía en hacer las parrillas de las columnas que procedimos a colocar y Vaciar el día de hoy y Esto llevó Prácticamente todo el día ya que fueron bastantes las que se hicieron y es un trabajo realmente largo, Así que ayude a batir el cemento y también a amarrar cabillas, mover tierra, pasar piedras y muchas otras cosas que se hacen en un día normal de trabajo, ya después de esto fui a mi casa a alistarme para poder ir al parque a entrenar la rutina de hoy la cual era una rutina mixta.

First I got up a little early to be able to make the breakfast I had planned to make today and to get all the tools ready that we had to take to the place where we had to work. After arriving at the place at around 7:30 we started to work. This job consisted of making the grills for the columns that we proceeded to place and empty today. This took practically the whole day since there were quite a few that were made and it is a really long job. So I helped to mix the cement and also to tie rebars, move earth, move stones and many other things that are done in a normal work day. After this I went to my house to get ready to be able to go to the park to train today's routine, which was a mixed routine.

     Este entrenamiento mixto consistía en combinar los elementos más importantes de la calistenia, como vienen siendo la plancha y el front, y todo esto realizándose para obtener resistencia en ambos elementos. Ya después de terminar la rutina, me fui a mi casa a descansar y a realizar todas mis actividades correspondientes en la noche. Así que este sería todo el reporte de hoy; nos vemos en las siguientes publicaciones.

This mixed training consisted of combining the most important elements of calisthenics, such as the plank and the front, and all this was done to obtain resistance in both elements. After finishing the routine, I went to my house to rest and to do all my corresponding activities at night. So that would be all the report for today; see you in the next posts.
