My actifit report
Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que ven normalmente todas mis publicaciones, Hoy vengo a ustedes con un nuevo reporte de actifit en el cual les voy a comentar todas las cosas que realice el día de hoy, sobre el entrenamiento y sobre todas las cosas que pasaron en general, así que sin más que Añadir vamos con el reporte del día de hoy.
A warm greeting to the great #hive community and everyone who regularly views my posts. Today I'm here with a new Actifit report in which I'm going to tell you about everything I did today, about training, and about everything that happened in general. So, without further ado, let's get on with today's report.
realmente fue un día bastante agotador ya que normalmente el trabajo Fue bastante exigente, normalmente empezamos a pegar bloque que faltaba en una de las paredes, se batió el cemento y se ayudó a armar andamios y pasar todas las cosas que se necesitaban arriba, aparte de eso prácticamente el resto del día nos enfocamos en abrir una chamba en la cual iba un tubo de 4 pulgadas de cloaca que lleva como tal el galpón que estamos haciendo, y en esto como digo se llevó Prácticamente todo el día porque era bastante. Ya después de esto llegué a mi casa y me fui a entrenar en el parque de Plaza toros.
It was actually quite an exhausting day, as normally the work was quite demanding. We usually started by gluing the missing block on one of the walls, mixing cement, and helping to build scaffolding and move everything that was needed upstairs. Aside from that, we practically focused the rest of the day on opening a job that included a 4-inch sewer pipe that carries the shed we're building. As I said, this took practically the entire day because it was quite a lot. After that, I got home and went to train at the Plaza Toros park.
En el parque, primero hice un trote y salto de cuerda necesario, ya que normalmente estaba bastante frío. Ya después de esto, realicé un entrenamiento enfocado en el jale, ya que normalmente es lo que me toca el día de hoy, y el objetivo es ganar resistencia en el movimiento y obtener también memoria muscular de cómo realizar cada postura. Obviamente, también iban incluidos ejercicios básicos, los cuales ayudan a fortalecer este tipo de movimientos . Al final, realicé un trote bastante bueno para poder terminar la rutina y poder ir a la casa y poder descansar. Y con esto terminaría el reporte del día de hoy; nos vemos en el siguiente.
At the park, I first did a jog and a jump rope, which was necessary since it was usually quite cold. After that, I did a workout focused on pulling, since that's usually what I do today. The goal is to build endurance in the movement and also acquire muscle memory of how to perform each pose. Obviously, basic exercises were also included, which help strengthen these types of movements. In the end, I got in a pretty good jog to finish the routine and be able to go home and rest. And that concludes today's report; see you next time.
