Hoy vengo a ustedes con un nuevo reporte de Actifit en el cual les voy a comentar un poco sobre todo lo que hice en el día y también mostrarles todo lo que realicé desde la mañana a la noche, así que sin más que añadir, vamos con el post.

Today I come to you with a new Actifit report in which I will tell you a little about everything I did during the day and also show you everything I did from morning to night, so without further ado, let's get on with the post.



     Primero me levanté en la mañana a eso de las 6 de la mañana para poderme alistar para ir a trabajar y, antes de eso, tengo que realizar el desayuno, alistarme y muchas otras cosas, las cuales son importantes para antes de ir a trabajar. Ya llegando al trabajo, empezamos a armar andamios, ya que teníamos que frizar una pared que estaba realmente alta, aproximadamente a 6 o 7 M, la cual solamente se llega trabajando con andamios. Aparte de eso, en mi casa me tocó colar toda la arena que se iba a utilizar y batir el cemento que se tenía que utilizar. Aparte de esto, también tuve que ayudar a subirlo y también a realizar otro tipo de cosas ya en la tarde, como lo es caratear las paredes, lo cual es tirarle pega para dejarlas fuertes para el otro día echarles friso.

First I got up in the morning at about 6 in the morning to get ready to go to work and, before that, I have to make breakfast, get ready and many other things, which are important before going to work. Once we got to work, we started to put up scaffolding, since we had to plaster a wall that was really high, approximately 6 or 7 M, which can only be reached by working with scaffolding. Apart from that, at home I had to strain all the sand that was going to be used and mix the cement that had to be used. Apart from this, I also had to help with the lifting and also do other things in the afternoon, such as plastering the walls, which is to put glue on them to make them strong enough to plaster them the next day.



     Ya finalizando el día de trabajo, fue realmente bastante fatigante por el hecho de que era en el aire libre y el sol estaba realmente fuerte. Ya después de esto fui a mi casa, me bañé, me alisté y fui al parque de Plaza Toros a entrenar. At the end of the work day, it was really quite tiring because it was outdoors and the sun was really strong.
