     Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que siguen mis publicaciones; hoy vengo a ustedes con el fin de comentarles un poco de mi día en un reporte de actifit; mostrando la rutina diaria que realizó y poco más de eso, sin más que añadir, vamos con el reporte.

A warm greeting to the great #hive community and to all the people who follow my posts; today I come to you in order to tell you a little about my day in an actifit report; showing the daily routine that I do and a little more than that, without further ado, let's go with the report.



     Empecé la mañana a eso de las 6:30, levantándome para hacer las actividades mañaneras como lo es hacer el desayuno, alistarme, arreglar las cosas del trabajo y una que otra cosa más; así que después de todo esto fui al trabajo con mi padre. En el día colocamos vinilo a unas puertas, las cuales nos hicieron falta la última vez que fuimos; vamos es de 1 a 2 días por semana por ir a otros lugares. Entonces nos dedicamos en el día a colocar ese material a las gavetas, también a colocarles manillas y muchas otras cosas. En esto se nos fue el día de trabajo, ya que es algo muy lento de realizar. Después de esto, llegué a mi casa a alistarme para ir a entrenar al parque de los bloques.

I started the morning at about 6:30, getting up to do the morning activities such as making breakfast, getting ready, fixing things for work and one or two other things; so after all this I went to work with my father. During the day we put vinyl on some doors, which we needed the last time we went; we're going to do it 1 to 2 days a week because we go to other places. So we dedicated the day to putting that material on the drawers, also putting handles on them and many other things. This is how the day of work went by, since it is something very slow to do. After this, I got home to get ready to go train at the block park.



     Llegando al parque realicé estiramiento, calentamiento y algo de trote para poder activar mi cuerpo y colocarlo en su manera más óptima, ya el entrenamiento fue enfocado en las planchas (hombros, pectoral) y fue un entrenamiento de fortalecimiento muscular para movimientos fuertes, ya después de esto, al terminar tarde, fui a mi casa a realizar las cosas nocturnas, como la cena y muchas otras cosas más, así que este fue todo mi reporte de actifit, espero que les gustara mucho, nos vemos en el siguiente.

Arriving at the park I did some stretching, warming up and some jogging to be able to activate my body and put it in its most optimal way, the training was focused on planks (shoulders, pectoral) and it was a muscle strengthening workout for strong movements, after this, when I finished late, I went home to do the night things, like dinner and many other things, so this was all my actifit report, I hope you liked it a lot, see you in the next one.
