     Un gran saludo a la comunidad de #hive y a cada persona que ve mis publicaciones; hoy les vengo con mi reporte de actifit; algo diferente de lo usual, algo fuerte también; espero les guste y les dé enseñanzas de que todo se puede en esta vida con disciplina.

A big hello to the #hive community and to every person who sees my posts; today I come to you with my actifit report; something different from the usual, something strong too; I hope you like it and that it teaches you that everything is possible in this life with discipline.



     Hoy empecé el día levantándome a la hora de siempre para ir a trabajar (ya estoy trabajando de nuevo gracias a Dios); hice lo que usualmente hago en la mañana antes de salir; aliste el desayuno, cepillarme, alistarme y buscar herramientas de trabajo que hacían falta; en esto fuimos y prácticamente el día paso; para resumirles y no extenderme; armando mesones de cocina del apartamento donde trabajábamos (cortando palos, buscando cosas, ayudando a medir, etc.) también llego la grancilla (arena con piedras) la cual usaremos con cemento para vaciar los planchones; y me toco subir el metro de la misma al segundo piso donde estábamos (1 metro equivale a 55 potes, usualmente se usan los que quedan de pintura) mientras mi padre seguía con lo de los mesones. Después de esto seguimos con eso, cortando cabillas para lo mismo, amarrando con alambre y prácticamente se fue el día así; al final salimos algo temprano, me aliste para subir a entrenar.

Today I started the day getting up at the usual time to go to work (I'm already working again, thank God); I did what I usually do in the morning before leaving; I prepared breakfast, brushed my teeth, got ready and looked for the work tools that were needed; this is what we did and the day practically went by; to summarize and not go on too long; I was building kitchen counters in the apartment where we were working (cutting sticks, looking for things, helping to measure, etc.) I also got the gravel (sand with stones) which we will use with cement to pour the slabs; and I had to carry the meter of it up to the second floor where we were (1 meter is equivalent to 55 jars, usually the ones left over from paint are used) while my father continued with the counters. After this we continued with that, cutting rebar for the same, tying with wire and practically the day went by like that; in the end we left a little early, I got ready to go up to train.



     Luego de llegar a las barras (algo temprano porque tuve tiempo), hice mis calentamientos y estiramientos comunes para poder activar los músculos, algo de actividad cardiovascular para colocar el cuerpo en calor y empecé con la rutina. Decidí realizar un entreno enfocado a un trabajo general en jalón y empuje; esta razón por el simple echo de, como comente anteriormente, esta semana es semana de combinaciones competitivas; al ser tan alta la exigencia lo mejor para mí fue entrenar de esta manera para hacer un entrenamiento efectivo y a su vez poder hacer las cosas bien, por el cansancio acumulado de la semana y del trabajo del día de hoy, así que culmine de esta manera el día; algo temprano, ya que tengo cosas que hacer en la casa de noche y decidí publicar esto algo temprano de lo usual; por si se me hacía muy tarde; espero les guste mi relato y que puedan ver todo el trabajo que hay en un día pesado; sin más; nos vemos en la próxima publicación.

After arriving at the bars (a little early because I had time), I did my usual warm-ups and stretches to activate my muscles, some cardiovascular activity to warm up my body and I started with the routine. I decided to do a workout focused on general work in pulling and pushing; this reason for the simple fact that, as I mentioned before, this week is a week of competitive combinations; being so demanding, the best thing for me was to train this way to do an effective workout and at the same time be able to do things well, due to the accumulated tiredness of the week and work today, so I finished the day this way; a little early, since I have things to do at home at night and I decided to publish this a little early than usual; in case it was getting too late for me; I hope you like my story and that you can see all the work that goes into a hard day; without further ado; see you in the next post.
