Goal 2023- Desiring to obtain an ideal weight and eliminate abdominal fat

Happy week to you, it's my first time in this community, digging a little within the platform I found many posts that caught my attention, and I also think I'm in the right place to receive good advice, I'll tell you a little about this topic in my life.

I am 32 years old, beautiful skin color and eyes, beautiful hair, well-placed behind, excellent legs, small breasts, but within all these characteristics there is something in my body that from my point of view overshadows all these wonders that I carry with me, it's my abdomen.

And, you can't imagine everything I've tried to do so that this abdomen reduces and my body is perfect hahaha. But, I must also confess that I am a woman who loves everything that does not help reduce my abdomen, I adore drinking soda, I do not eat a balanced diet, I do not have good habits, I never remember to drink water during the day, in short, everyone would think and How do you intend to have a good abdomen? Well, I certainly think that plastic surgery would help me effectively, which I don't think will happen yet.

For this 2023 I set out to improve a lot all those bad habits that I have in my life and I will do it for myself, for my self-esteem, for being able to really dress as I want and not with something that I have to hide my abdomen, I'm already tired of going out street and ask me if I'm pregnant.

5 years ago I participated in a food challenge to obtain an ideal weight and the results were excellent, but with all that detox process I got pregnant, I looked very good at that time and I want to see myself like that again.

I have 11 days since I started with new habits, I go to the gym, reduce the consumption of soda and my diet is improving a lot, in a few days I can see some results and of course my self-esteem is rising.

And do you have any advice for me?
