The day came, and the day went....

It was a day that I needed to face what is necessary to be faced. With so many "chaotic highlights" happened since December, from mental fatigue to constant strain of challenges faced, every human has a limit.

It was proven when my friend invited me to visit her health awareness convention a few months earlier, and realising that my burn out index was closing to the brink of meltdown.

Though I knew that I had an almost mental breakdown, I really thank God that HE kept delivering me out of the dark pit again and again; but the toil on my physical has started taking root. Even with the house cleansed, and already me and my family are feeling better mentally, there was indeed a toll hit on my physics as the throbbing pain on the left has resurfaced.

And God is so faithful! Knowing that I barely have a cent saved for myself now, HE landed me a free full health check voucher from a legit hospital, from the health awareness convention center I visited. My friend gave me a surprised early birthday gift, realising that I really needed help when she saw me in person after almost 5 years and was in shocked of my countenance.

This sort of "timely arrangements" are never a coincidence, I know for a fact that this was a "divine appointment" arranged by my Heavenly Father.

So from blood extraction for test, free meal in between, X-rays, ECG, physical stress assessment, I went from one test to another, with the assurance that HE is watching over me; no matter what happens at the result.

Turns out that everything is in a normal range, other than I my minimal anemia which most likely passed down since my dad has low blood count; my main issue is my womb. I have 2 cysts at each side of my ovaries, with the size of 3.3cm (a little over an inch) and 2.2cm (around an inch) with multiple fibroids in my uterus. This usually caused by early symptoms of menopause, but also because of prolonged stress that causes imbalanced hormones, which results formation of cysts.

(I kept forgetting to bring my x-ray results to scan. Will remember to share next time)

There were no biopsy taken at the moment as I need to make time to make an appointment to see a gynaecologist, but due to financial constrain I will need to queue for a government appointment because my insurance do not cover outpatient visits. Without any insurance coverage on that, I cannot make appointments to private hospitals without paying an arm and a leg. This requires a divine arrangement again.

Some say religious, I would say faith is greatly needed. This has nothing to do with rituals or chants, or meditation. Yes, maintaining a tranquil mind and steady heart is very important at the moment, but facing the unknown high waves require the courage from above. I do not know how will this turn out, but I know, there's always light at the end of a tunnel.

Right now my best "distraction" is learning new things, new things that will link to the new project God placed in my heart, and not to worry on anything that I cannot have control over. I have witness many miracles happened around me of those who are terminal cancer and got healed; and I know, as long as my Lord has a mission for me to fulfill, He will keep me alive and healthy (as long as I do not constantly abuse it haha).

I also have my friends who have cysts and fibroids in their wombs, and they are still totally fine a decade later, with the side-effect that they already reached menopause. Their womb are barren.

At this point of time, I am not in a hurry to have a child. So it is alright.

Practicing self-love is part and parcel of the learning process too....
