Staying Active, with a lot of Learning!

What a busy few days!
Not only I was tied in the real world with stamina exercises, learning new things and making the #junk2glory project for @craftsofluv charity sale later was also a challenge.

Because it partially involves on learning how to make TikTok videos that will eventually get people's attention for the charity later.

(Now I am hoping that all the plans from the Lifecare community service team on the charity will run smoothly)

Nevertheless, even if it doesn't work out nicely, there will be plenty of babies waiting to be adopted.


Other than that, the 2000 spins a night (if possible) continues, and I am glad to say that the progress has been good. From 81cm waistline to 79.5cm is great progress! That is almost 1/2 inch smaller on the waist now.

It was a good decision to do 2000 spins because 1000 spins is not breaking any sweat anymore.

I am however not certain will it maintain if I get weekly feast like this!

Oyster mushroom with butter sauce is DANGEROUS! 🤣🤣🤣

Just need to maintain that stamina if I need to stay active during praise and worship like this.

Nevertheless...

Every little achievement is worth giving thanks and celebrated indeed.

Just need to keep this up... because this is crucial for the physical stress test at the body checkup, where I will share in the next post.
