Hitting 20 mins Hula Hoop & Chloe Ting Challenge

Monday was an exceptional hot day 🥵

It was so hot I didn't even want to hit the gym with the sauna pants. 😫

The whole weather was feeling like walking in an oven ♨️

But that cannot stop me from burning of 2 inch waist target, now that I have 1cm shred off.

It took me 20 minutes (with multiple stops due to exhaustion, heat, and many failed attempts) , but to be able to reach almost 1000 points (500 rounds) with a weight is quite a personal achievement 🙌🏼

To make the body sweat more I decided to follow Chloe Ting's mist recent upload that I haven't tried, and boy, was my right shoulder and upper arm muscles (am pretty sure there is a medical term) were screaming in pain.

Ever since I started suffering frozen shoulders and unable to stretch my arms properly I have not been able to hold my planks well at all.

This definitely hinders the workout progress; but fortunately with the gym equipment serviced, at least I can have alternative workouts and keeping it less dull.

Hopefully with the magnesium intake I can keep recovering both muscle and mind. I know I have less anxiety flares and this definitely is good progress. 🙌🏼


Just realised that Monday was a turn of a season, from Winter to Spring. Some places will be changing their daylight saving time soon.

Maybe that also explained the freak storm on Monday night.

Several trees by the roadside forest were uprooted, causing massive road blocks because of that.

But I haven't seen such a horrifying near typhoon/ mini tornado type of storm for a VERY VERY long time.
