¡Hola! comunidad de #Actifit. Les quiero compartir lo que hice el día de hoy, empecé el día levantándome temprano, ya que mi hermano hoy se fue para España. Por ese motivo nos tocó despedirlo y espero que le vaya lo mejor posible en su viaje. Luego de eso me fui para que mi abuela a ayudarla con unas cosas, después de eso me fui al hotel de mi tía a cubrirle unas horas de trabajo.
Ya después de eso, me fui a almorzar en un restaurante que queda cerca del trabajo. Utilicé mi hora de descanso para poder almorzar agusto, también aproveché para comprar un almuerzo para mi mamá y terminé de hacer los quehaceres del trabajo.
Me fui a mi casa para bañarme e ir a la Vereda para mi entrenamiento diario 💪🏼. El día estaba lluvioso y nublado, lo que me extrañó porque el día de ayer estaba con mucho sol pero no me extraña del todo por que es Maracaibo. 🌞🌦
Luego de eso inicié mi entrenamiento, hice una pequeña rutina de front lever y plancha. Combinándolo con un reto de flexiones que vi por instagram que me pareció interesante.

Hello #Actifit community. I want to share with you what I did today, I started the day getting up early, since my brother left today for Spain. For that reason we had to say goodbye to him and I hope he does his best on his trip. After that I went to my grandmother to help her with some things, after that I went to my aunt's hotel to cover some hours of work for her.
After that, I went to have lunch at a restaurant near work. I used my break time to have a nice lunch, I also took the opportunity to buy lunch for my mom and I finished doing the chores at work.
I went home to shower and go to the Vereda for my daily workout 💪🏼. The day was rainy and cloudy, which surprised me because yesterday was with a lot of sunshine but it doesn't surprise me at all because it's Maracaibo. 🌞🌦
After that I started my workout, I did a little front lever and plank routine. Combining it with a pushup challenge I saw on instagram that I found interesting.
