¡Qué hay, mi gente de Hive! ¡Continuamos con los reportes Actifit y los reportes de entrenamiento diario! 💪 ¡Hoy les traigo mi jornada llena de orgullo y entusiasmo! 😊 Después de una semana de merecido descanso por Semana Santa, ¡me desperté con una motivación que no cabía en mí por ver mis capacidades en acción! 🤩 Así que, sin dudarlo un segundo, ¡me puse a estirar y calentar mi cuerpo para prepararlo para lo que venía! 🔥 Luego de esa activación, ¡empecé a tantear la rutina para sentir cómo respondía mi cuerpo! 🤔 Analicé cada contracción muscular con mucha atención y ¡me sentí sencillamente óptimo! 🎉 ¡Casi no experimenté molestias y continué el entrenamiento con la misma pasión de siempre! Realicé mis progresiones de straddle supina, prono y neutro, ¡sintiendo cada fibra muscular trabajar con fuerza y determinación! 💪 Y por supuesto, ¡mis queridas progresiones de front lever también fueron parte del menú de hoy! 😎 Debo confesarles que hoy el trabajo me tuvo bastante ocupado y ¡casi no pude entrenar como me hubiera gustado! 😩 ¡Muchos deberes absorbieron mi tiempo! Pero ¡jamás me doy por vencido! Ahora estoy pensando en alternativas creativas para asegurarme de no perder mi ritmo constante. 😉 Pero al caer la noche, ¡llegó mi momento de brillar con intensidad! ✨ Después de salir del trabajo y llegar a la comodidad de mi hogar, ¡me entregué a mi entrenamiento nocturno con unas cuantas variaciones de straddle que realmente disfruto! 🤸‍♂️ Hice la straddle a pulgares, la straddle a 2 dedos, ¡mi combo básico de estáticos que me llena de satisfacción!: v-sit, l-sit, straddle, press de straddle, parada de mano, ¡y otra straddle para cerrar con broche de oro! 🤩 Terminé con un front lever que me hizo sentir una fuerza increíble. 💪 Realicé 3 series de ese combo, manteniendo cada posición estática durante 3 segundos que se sintieron eternos. ¡Uf! 😅 Para darle el toque final a mi sesión, hice algunas flexiones de parada de manos, 3 series de 9 repeticiones que me dejaron con los músculos cansados pero el espíritu elevado. 🙌 ¡Y así concluí mi entrenamiento del día! ✅

We continue with the Actifit reports and daily training reports! 💪 Today I bring you my day full of pride and enthusiasm! 😊 After a week of well-deserved rest for Easter, I woke up with a motivation that I couldn't get enough of to see my abilities in action! 🤩 So, without a second's hesitation, I started stretching and warming up my body to prepare it for what was to come! 🔥 After that activation, I started testing the routine to feel how my body responded! 🤔 I analysed each muscle contraction very carefully and it felt simply optimal! 🎉 I experienced almost no discomfort and continued training with the same passion as always! I performed my supine, prone and neutral straddle progressions, feeling every muscle fibre working with strength and determination! 💪 And of course, my beloved front lever progressions were also on the menu today! 😎 I must confess that today work kept me quite busy and I almost couldn't train as much as I would have liked to! 😩 A lot of homework took up my time! But I never give up! Now I'm thinking of creative alternatives to make sure I don't lose my steady pace 😉 But as night fell, my time to shine brightly came! ✨ After leaving work and arriving at the comfort of my home, I indulged in my evening workout with a few straddle variations that I really enjoy! 🤸‍♂️ I did the straddle to thumbs, the straddle to 2 fingers, my basic static combo that fills me with satisfaction: v-sit, l-sit, straddle, straddle press, handstand, and another straddle to top it all off! 🤩 I finished with a front lever that made me feel incredibly strong. 💪 I did 3 sets of that combo, holding each position static for 3 seconds that felt like forever. phew! 😅 To finish off my session, I did some handstand push-ups, 3 sets of 9 reps that left me with tired muscles but high spirits. 🙌 And that concluded my workout for the day! ✅
