¡Qué hay, mi gente de Hive! 🤩 Continuamos con los reportes de Actifit y del entretenimiento diario. Hoy tenemos un cambio de modalidad principalmente en el trabajo. Este mes, ¡no me enfocaré tanto en las flexiones, sino en la duración! ⏱️ No se trata tanto de la estética, ¡sino de mantenerme activo el mayor tiempo posible! 🚀 ¡Trataré de marcar una línea para superar! 📈 Y como mi cuerpo tiene diferentes niveles a diferentes horas del día, ¡será una meta para cada horario! ⏰ Comenzamos mencionando en el trabajo la duración en la straddle en neutro. ¡Duré en el primer intento 2 segundos! ✌️ ¡Luego 3! 👌 ¡Y al final de mi serie fueron 5 segundos! 🖐 ¡Mi cuerpo sacrificaba estética por duración, pero perseverancia! ✨ Y a las 4 pm, ¡me puse a hacer mi entrenamiento básico de resistencia en planchas y glúteos! 🍑 ¡A darle con todo! En el entrenamiento post trabajo, eso de las 6 pm (después de salir del trabajo), ¡empecé a practicar combos de estático!🤸‍♂️ Comencé con un intento de front lever con straddle. ¡A darle con esa fuerza! 💪 Hice unas cuantas straddles en piso, pero al terminar el día de entrenamiento que me corresponde de break dance a las 9 pm... ¡se me apagó el teléfono! 😩

Post work workout, around 6pm (after I got off work), I started practicing static combos!🤸‍♂️ I started with an attempt at front lever with straddle. let's hit it with that strength! 💪 I did a few straddles on the floor, but as I finished my 9pm break dance training day.... my phone went off! 😩
