My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2025
It was a nice day, and we played a practice round at a local disc golf course. My friend and I tied with a +5, and my other friend had a +13. A fourth friend joined up with us part way through the round, but we didn't score his round.
My forehand was working well again for me. Sometimes, it just takes a simple change to give you a bit more confidence. I don't like to make a lot of big changes because I worry about injuring myself. Small changes are sometimes helpful, though.

Disc golf is challenging, fun, and much less expensive to get started than ball golf. I recommend it for keeping active and having a great time with friends.
