We played a difficult disc golf course today. The scores were +17, +21, and +21. I came in second tied with a friend.
For how I was feeling, I think I played okay. Fitbit has been giving me a rediness score of 15 out of 100 for the last couple of days. I think I might have a bit of a cold or something.
I think I will rest up the next few days.

This type of mushroom can be seen on various old trees or on wood that has been standing for a long time but it looks very beautiful because of its yellow color.

It's a good thing to take a rest now and again and let the old body mend up as best it can. I know for myself, I'm reminded daily that I'm not 20 years old anymore, unfortunately.
