My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2024
I took a drive up into the high mountains today. It was a gorgous view with a lot of colorful leaves. I'll post a few more pictures when I get a chance.
A nice view today:
Not much else was happening. I did do a bit of weightlifing and some push-ups. I'm so out of shape that I had to do the push-ups from bending my knees.

It was just a short drive into the mountains. This time of year it is fun to see the sights before the snow makes the road hard to drive and the clouds come in. There could be some rain this week so the timing was right for viewing the mountains.

My back feels good for some reason, lol. 😜 With the number of miles I have been driving recently you'd think it wouldn't be. I am hopeful that strengthening my core a bit will help with my back. Maybe the push-ups will help.

I used to be able to do push-ups like a man forty years ago, even ten years ago. I'll get back to doing them right unless motivation becomes an issue. 😁
Motivation always becomes the issue. That's why they make it so hard to spell.

It is a wonderful time to see a lot of color in the mountains. People come from all over the place to see the views.
The white clouds from the mountains look very beautiful, very beautifully captured in this photography and this beautiful photography reminds us how beautiful the natural scenery is, we just have to enjoy it.
