My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2024
I wanted to take it easy today but ended up putting some steps in. It was mostly from yard work, so that doesn't count as much.
I also played a short nine-hole round of disc golf with my son and a friend. We were not officially keeping score, but my son had a -4, and I had a -2. I'm not sure what the friend had, but it is a positive high number.
My son got me a new Wave disc, so now I have an extra just in case I lose something in the tournament tomorrow. Hopefully, I won't need to use it because new discs can be a bit hard to throw until they get a little broken in. This is one of my most used discs in a plastic that I like the most.

Doggie even got to tag alone and had a lot of fun, too.
