My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2024
I rested today and stayed around the house. It seems better for me to take every other day off to give me plenty of time to recover. It was kind of rainy, cloudy, and cooler today.
Tomorrow, I'm planning to at least play one of the easier disc golf courses around here. It is getting towards the main tournament season, so I would like to get my throws back up to speed. I am feeling good right now, so I hope that I'll be throwing with my usual power again tomorrow.
