My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2024
There was not much going on with me today. I went down to the store a few times on my e-bike and walked Doggie. I'm resting a bit for the disc golf round on Sunday. It is a tournament that I would like to play well.
I know we all have heard it a lot, but it really doesn't matter if I win or lose. Show up... enjoy the game... rinse... repeat. Of course, you do want to do your best, and for me, that involves staying in a good place mentally.
This time of year, the weather is getting nicer and nicer. It does help a lot after all the rainy, cloudy winter days. I do like the rain, clouds, and fog as well, but for disc golf, this is the best condition.

Yes, it is a battery-powered bike. It is wonderful to carry things back from the store.
