My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2023
Rainy, rainy, sleepy, sleepy... I think I slept close to ten hours today with all the napping. I suppose that is one advantage of a person of my age. I get to sleep as much as I want, lol.
One of my friends was talking about going out and playing disc golf. That sounded a bit like not so much fun for me because of the rain. I hope he had fun.
I decided to do the full Costco experience and play dodge carts and cars with the other shoppers. It was fun but I do like shopping in less busy days. I wanted to see if they still had some Zippo hand warmers, but they were all sold out. My friend showed me a nice one that he bought there when we were out playing Disc Golf yesterday.
The seasonal plant:
These plants seem to find their way into the house this time of year. I do appreciate the gesture, but I can't seem to ever get them to flower again. Their flowers fall off, and the leaves get smaller and smaller. I have an elderly version that looks rather bare. Maybe this year, I will plant it out in the yard in the spring. Perhaps it will survive if it is next to the house.
I suppose the point is to really appreciate the flower for what it is in the moment.

Now I see why you had just 5k walks today. 10 hours of sleep? That was massive and you need such kind of sleep once in a while especially in that kind of weather condition.

The photo of the leaves is really very green and when we arrange it like you it looks beautiful
I don't think this aspect is bad at all, but you still take care of your health and follow the steps on how to look and feel good.
However, there are some good aspects of rain and some bad aspects.
