My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2023
Today, I did a lot of driving but did not end up with enough steps for a post. Yesterday, I did a bit of walking with Doggie. I've been out of range of the Internet doing some camping in a very nice yurt.

Walking with our faithful friend, in each of your friends @lightsplasher with Doggie is very relaxing. I congratulate you, these are days that we deserve, also to be in a very beautiful garden. Yesterday I managed to make a pear smoothie with peaches and added milk, very good for health, especially it turned out to be a good digestive aid. Successes.
