My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2023
I played disc golf out at the local eighteen-hole easy course. Usually, I take a lot more discs, but I was in a hurry today, so I just grabbed a few. I was going to take it easy, but I met a friend out on the course who wanted to play.
He ended up with the win with a -3 to my +2 score. I started out fine with a couple of birdies, but my back was bothering me a bit, and the rest of the round, I had a few tough breaks.
It would be nice to start working on my forehand throw a bit. I think my arm is almost fully recovered, so some forehand throws should be fine. I will need to see how it feels to gradually work that back into my game. Right now, my footwork and timing are not very good.
I'm planning to mostly rest again tomorrow and not do anything that would cause any issues for my back. It is feeling a lot better, but I know it can become more of an issue if I push myself too much.

If your back recovers completely, I don't think you will lose
It's an interesting camping place, the natural atmosphere is still very well maintained
It seems like the back pain you are experiencing is a bit disturbing the fun of playing golf with your friends today, but on the other hand, your arm is starting to improve completely, this is something you want, so you can practice some better shots.
Taking a full break might be a good solution for you to recover your back, I just saw a picnic area that was made like that, beautiful, but a little dirty, isn't anyone using it?
