My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2023
I did the usual walk in the morning and a bit of preparation for traveling. The drive down to Oregon was nice. The weather was just a bit windy and rainy at times. The truck wandered a bit on the highway. The road was a bit rutted, and the truck doesn't stear as well as it did when it was younger. I was missing driving my new EV, but I am not sure about how easy it would be to find charging for it.
Maybe someday soon, it will be practical to drive an electric vehicle across the country.
I have my disc golf discs with me, and my arm is feeling good enough to start working it out more. From what I have heard, it is better to work your shoulder out more than not move it around.

Sunset has always been one of my favorite moments. Then the moment when the sun sinks in the western sky is really interesting. Have photographed many beautiful moments and hope you enjoyed the moment.
I made 7k today luckily and it was just a indoor activities. I miss having a walk outside and I'll go for it soon. The rainbow looks amazing! Your phone camera did a great job as always.
