My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2023
I did some walking around the neighborhood and a brief shopping trip. It was a bit rainy and cool today.
I keep thinking about doing a bit of disc golfing, but I'm still not sure about my arm. It seems about the same with just a bit of improvement. I have a tournament planned that I signed up for at the end of the month, and I would like to start preparing for it. Maybe it would be best to just drop the tournament and not worry about doing any disc golfing until I feel like things are healed up fully.

The flowers around here look very lovely. There is a tulip feasible here this time of year that I sometimes go to but it usually gets really crowded. I was thinking about riding my e-bike there but have become a bit reclusive this year.
