My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2022
It was cold and overcast today with some drizzle at times. It might snow tonight and tomorrow morning. I hope it does not amount to much because I have a doubles disc golf tournament in the morning.
My arm feels much better after resting it for a few days so I should be good to go tomorrow. Today I only did a bit of walking and some errands.
I'm always excited to play in a disc golf tournament but if there is significant snow on the ground it could be an issue. I have heard that some people attach ribbons to their discs before they throw them in the snow but I don't have any experience doing that. Usually, it does not snow much around here and if it does I don't go out and play disc golf in it.
This photo was taken a few days ago out on a disc golf course:

This season has its own beauty and remembers the task..
Good luck with the game tomorrow! I hope it doesn't snow. I think it is hard to adjust to it in an outdoor game with such precise throwing involved.
Take good care of that arm!
Sorry to not be around much, after I got home, catching up has been ongoing! I hope all is well with you!
Thank you! As usual the tournament was fun but I wish we had done just a bit better than we did. I suppose at my age I should be happy with playing at least as well as I have in the past though, lol.
I can tell my arm is not 100 percent but I don't think there is any lasting damage and it feels like something that will recover on its own with a bit of less activity.
Hopefully you are doing fine; I've been well - thanks!
Wow such a amazing picture.

hope it doesn't snow tomorrow and the weather is fine so you can play very well tomorrow in the double disc golf tournament being held tomorrow and be able to score a lot and settle down the match.
despite the not-so-good weather but there are so many benefits to your arms that are getting better, I hope the weather gets better tomorrow and you can take part in the tournament smoothly, I saw a photo of seeing white that is so beautiful today
Dear friend @lightsplasher the break you take, while the weather is rainy, it will be very good for your next game, wishing you always much success.
The weather has been so snowy recently that it seems like a good time to rest up. I personally would rather it go back to rain but the snow will be good for the mountains around here.
Being at home, especially in the garden, watching the snow and receiving its cold breeze, is very healthy, when you rest. Successes
