My Actifit Report Card: June 25 2022
My son and I played an eighteen-hole disc golf round out at our favorite course this evening. He won with a +3 score to my +6 score. It was a bit windy and there were many distractions out on the course.
Mosquitoes were very hungry and we were constantly swatting at them. Kids were playing on a couple of the holes. People were riding motorized vehicles on the walking path. (Probably illegal.) Music was playing very loudly. People were camped out in the fairway on one of the more difficult holes right where a right-hand backhand throw usually lands.
I guess it was kind of a Saturday night party at the park or something like that.
Anyhow, it was fun to get out and play a round of disc golf.
I was thinking about heading out this morning to play but I decided not to. I think it might have been really hot and I think I'm better off not doing that much disc golf in one day.

steady. today I saw you photographing birds. it was incredible.
The camera has nice zoom capability. I'd like to get some better pictures of birds if I get the chance.

It kind of made me laugh when you listed all the obstacles on the course. Sounds like a party for sure!
It has been really hot. No sense in taking too many chances of overheating.
Yup, sometimes it's easier to play in gale force wind and horizontal rain, lol. 😄 I'm glad people are out having fun in the park anyway.
This is the first day it has felt like summer around here. In general it has been cooler. The heat got turned up awfully fast.
I would not be able to concentrate at all with hungry mosquitoes. They were annoying when I was young, but now I cannot stand them at all.
It does make things more difficult. If you hold still for any length of time you get bit. At least the bites don't seem to itch and swell up as much as they did when I was younger. Maybe I just learned to leave them alone a bit better.
That's a great shot of the bird! You are really using the editing tool on the camera. It does a nice job!
I'm pretty sure riding on the trails is illegal. Not that they care. You know, PARTY!!
Once a day is plenty or risk possible injury. Besides, it was deadly hot this afternoon. Here, anyway! Tomorrow is another day!!

Editing on the camera is a lot easier than moving files around and editing on the computer. It does a nice enough job on simpler things. I do like using GIMP on the computer too but it takes more effort.

This bird is available in our region a lot. This is a small but beautiful
This bird is pretty common around here as well. I've been trying to get a picture of some of the brightly yellow colored male birds but they have been difficult to get a good photo of.

I am very impressed with the quality of the photos you take, even though you zoom 30x but the quality of your photos is not broken at all, the results are very good and modified to be more interesting
