My Actifit Report Card: December 25 2021

My son and I played disc golf this morning at a local nine basket course. Someone from Wyoming wanted to join us for a round. It was a lot of fun and he was a very good player and won the round. I always like to play with folks who have a really fun time and take things seriously enough to make it feel like a tournament.

I did not do too well in part because I never bothered to play the sidewalks as out of bounds recently and had forgotten that this course had that requirement.

We did lots of dinner prep today too.

These vegetables were really delicious for part of our dinner this evening.

I read a really interesting article today that makes me hopeful that someday soon we may actually have Peace on Earth

Merry Christmas @lightsplasher. Morning sky really awesome when you played disc gold same time. Pancakes well suited for breakfast. Dinner preparations good enough with vegetables. 7861 counts good for physical healthy. Enjoy your holidays.

Is this a cabbage species? There are many. It grows like a tree?

These are Brussels sprouts they are a cabbage species and very tasty when fresh. I have never tried to grow them but they like the climate where I live.

At our place the cake is called Panekuk. The omelette is made from flour, chicken eggs, sugar, milk and tastes very good.

If I'm not mistaken it's Brussels sprouts but I've never eaten them.
