My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2021
Who would have thought that I would need to mow the lawn in December but it was getting rather long and green. It dried out for just long long enough for me to cut it. I left it high though because it seems to like that better and the wet grass gets hard to mow if you try to cut it down too far.
I also played a short nine hole disc golf round. There was another person out on the course who let me play through. It was wet and windy so my score was at a +2 for the nine hole. I missed some birdie chances that I usually make with better conditions.
I did the usual walking around too and paced a bit to get my 10,000 steps because I had not hit that goal for some time and I was really close.
What was left of tonight's dinner:
Salmon and asparagus with pasta and alfredo sauce. Yummy.
I did some writing today about my thoughts on the recent tax law changes. I might post it if it feels right.
I'm feeling much better about closing the business now. It feels like Lightsplasher the investor is going to rise out of the ashes of Lightsplasher the business.
Investor extraordinaire, able to arbitrage faster than Goldman Sachs (well not really, lol.) Able to adjust for profit and loss and seek bail out money faster then Chase. (again majorly incorrect, lol.) Sadly I don't have a team of CPA's at my disposal so I guess I'll need to settle for micro investor and smart phone photographer with some limited writing experience. Remember, this isn't a blog post, it's an investment.

If it is wet and there is some air, it is difficult to play. Especially to score accurately. Although I never played golf discs. Because we don't have any facilities to play golf discs here. But when I was playing cricket or football in wet and windy weather, I faced many difficulties
I think any kind of sport can be a lot more difficult depending on the conditions. It is fun to be challenged by the weather though as long as you don't get too disappointed by your performance.
You might be able to get things that would work well for disc golf in your area. Baskets can be made yourself and discs don't really have to be anything fancy. Tee pads can be as simple as a marker placed in the ground. There is one course in my area that started out with some very creative home made baskets. It is fun to go and see the old baskets on the course although nobody uses them for scoring any longer.
Very cool and detailed black and white food photography. Sometimes I can edit black and white which I think is good, but sometimes I get disappointed when the editing doesn't go the way I wanted so I was a little hesitant for black and white phoyography but you put it out amazingly.
Black and white photography can be a bit less interesting depending on how it comes out. I like doing it occasionally though. I picked black and white for this photo because the light over the stove was causing a different color balance in the photo. White balance adjustments are kind of difficult to do on my smartphone so I took an easy route and made it black and white.
the food was very good. I love it.
That was nice meal, but i never combine salmon and asparagus with pasta before. Now i see your combined both of them, then i will try that either...😁😁😁

The weather has been weird! I am still mowing the lawn here! November is normal, but, I usually stop for December. I looked and we are still going to be 70's on Saturday. Yikes! Thankfully we don't get all that rain with it. You are back on the course? I expected you, rain or shine! :)
I just cannot stay away too long. I miss too much. Oh! Dinner is a win!
Sorry to hear of your sick family member, I hope they are doing better.
I've been reading a lot about the new infrastructure bill and the changes it brings into the crypto tax laws. I was leaning towards closing my business but this kind of pushed me to do it sooner rather than later. I'm old enough so I think I can do alright on my retirement accounts as long I am very careful in spending.
I was kind of half joking about being an investor. At this point I'm planning on posting still but I'm not sure about doing much else. I enjoy posting, reading and voting on peoples posts so it would be hard for me to stop doing that.
I'm getting to be a lot more of a fair weather disc golfer this season. There's a few semi-chronic problems I'm trying to heal up really well for next season. Next season I'm old enough so that I don't have so much young people competition in my division, lol. I'm looking forward to some fun rounds.
