Our predecessors had known how to build and construct. I had the chance to check a house built more than a century ago with clay and wood that still stands, abandoned decades ago, while I have to take expensive reconstructions of our own house, built only about fifteen years ago...

Къде ли не... Почти всичко е направено супер зле, например евтини тънки тръби за студената вода положени под бетонната плоча или пък гипсокартон за подложка на стъпала пред входа и също гипсокартон за стреха под покрива. Безумия...
