12 rounds training and lifting April 20 2022
Oh man! We had 12 rounds that were 3 minutes each today. 12 rounds! 5 rounds is my comfort level. After that is usually no bueno.
This was six of cardio, gymnastics, and weight lifting with 2, 35lb. dumbbells. I took it one round at a time, and ended up overcoming that mental hurdle for the day.
