running again after ankle issues April 15 2022

I have been nursing my ankle for the last week or so. About 2 weeks ago, we did a lot more lunges than I EVER do, and it feels like it strained a ligament on my inner ankle.

I started resting it and not running amd doing some light jogging mixed with walking. I also started taking some arnica and ibuprofen and making the ap
Alphabet with my big time-and I prayed.

Yesterday, I went on a jog and it felt so good that I just kept going and did 8.5 miles! It was a slower pace, but it didn't hurt! Hallelujah! Praise God!

We went out for my son's birthday last night also!

When we got home, I got to enjoy some chocolate from my hubbs! I love this stuff.
